I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item in my shipment. Since then, I've contacted Aussie 5-6 times for a week and have had zero communication and correspondence regarding the issue from them. I ordered a portable enema bag and received a cleansing bulb. I paid for an enema bag and there is no way except email to contact this company. It's been over a week and su have heard nothing. Starting to wonder if they're even in business anymore. They used to have impeccable customer service and be prompt in responding. Wish I could say they still are. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
