I don't want to shame
I don't want to shame them publicly, but what is my recourse? I've emailed them 3 times in the past 10 days since receiving my shipment, containing the opaque bag when I ordered the more expensive clear one, and they have not responded. They have no phone number on their website. I want to like the product, but I haven't tried it yet because they won't get back to me about doing an exchange.
