Received wrong item and unable to contact customer service by phone I have sent two emails and have not gotten a response back!! Extremely disappointed!!

Terrible I emailed three times and called and left a voicemail and no one responded to me. I was sent a $12 item instead of the $31 item. Unbelievable

Support never answered my requests or inquiries. I paid for an item and haven’t received it or remedy. Will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge
