I like the service in this place! Employees know well the job, even better than the boss! The prices are ok and legit. I would like all e-liquids to be bottled in a glass bottle with pipette. I already bought a Aspire Nautilus tank, several juices and I am satisfied with the service. The thing I liked as well were the little info flyers regarding the vaping community and the general acceptance of vaping in public areas.

I love Artisan Vapor and it's the only shop I will go to. But, I don't like that all the shops are not connected. I've been to three shops in the dfw area, but none on them are associated. If they are going to carry the same name and the same products, they should be connected in the computer so points accrued transfer between stores. That being said, Crystal(?) at the Addison location is awesome. She knows what's she's talking about and is very friendly. I go to the Addison location hoping she is there.

Dear Artisan Vapor Company, I am a frequent patron of your store and an avid supporter of what the store stands for. While I absolutely love the products that Artisan offers, the lack of enthusiasm from the employees dampens the atmosphere of the store. Artisan has the potential to be such an enjoyable place to purchase vapor items; however, it is a shame that its customers' experience is compromised. I hope that my next visit does not only provide me with an excellent product, but excellent customer service as well. Thank you for your time.

I did not the smell in there

Love your salted caramel, but can't get your website to work on my iPad. Keep getting stuck on the 18+ but there's nothing to click on. Trying to reorder before the free shipping promo runs out.
