I enjoy the products you sell. However when you send coupons for discount liquids but exclude the majority of liquids on that coupon it is not a fair coupon. You already are priced higher than many stores and the coupons make it reasonable. What is the point of a coupon if you cannot use it on the liquid you enjoy and the liquid that his helping you stop smoking? On a side not your store on Cooper Street in Arlington has been closed several times when it is posted that it was open. This has inconvienced me several times. Although I do understand things happen sometimes, when I leave a message and ask for a call back and that does not happen it becomes frustrating. I do enjoy your store but a few things could help to be changed.

The store I went to had hardly anything at all, way overpriced on everything. Only one girl was working, that I could see anyway, and a few people including myself needed assistance and we all just stood around and it took forever! It's probably just the artisan I went to but, based on that, nooo thank you! Way way overpriced and almost empty store with no choices. The girl was super sweet though.

I couldn't order online. I sent an email requesting help for placing an order and no one contacted me

I haven't bought anything from the website nor received anything to review.

I ordered some e-juice and the bottles were half empty. Not kool.
