Ordered a book from this publishing company. Paid for 2nd day shipping. Never received 2nd day. Called the company left 2 voice messages but never received a return call. Don’t recommend this company at all. Still have not received the book I ordered. It’s been over 3 weeks.

But haven’t received it yet.

Ordered a book on 7/16/19. Received confirmation but as of 8/6 have not received any additional communication concerning status. Is it back ordered? Approximate shipping date? Etc.

Order #54949 7/15/19 I have Not received the book I ordered. Please review and advise.

Don't expect to get a traceable tracking number from the shipping department. I never had a shipper send out a shipment and use the excuse that the package could not be traced in transit until the PO got the package at the final delivery point! He could have easily sent the Fedex Tracing number and that linked to the USPS number so the package could be traced from the beginning to the end. I had no idea what day to expect the package until the PO got the package that same day for delivery. When called the shipping department got no help from the guy in charge there. He seemed to be clueless to how the system worked. He needs to be retrained or fired.
