Well written, however the pages fell out of the book on the when first reading. Very poor quality of binding.

I am patiently waiting for a book that I ordered that was shown to be in stock to be delivered via two FedEx delivery I have contact company and find out what the statuses is. The company says they will call back and of course they never have. The words good customer service and Arcadia Publishing should never be used in conjunction with each other.

The book I ordered and paid extra for shipping never showed up. It’s difficult to reach anyone at your company to figure out what happened.

I was very disappointed with your service. I did not find where to put in code for discount and I was told that I could not receive a credit. I asked for a supervisor to call and I have not received a call to date.
