First time purchase. Have not yet used the product. Look wise, the product looks good. Shipping service is pretty slow. There is no other way to contact the customer service except email.

Product arrived well packaged, and looks very useful. I had an antler luggage bag for over 10 years, it helped me cross the Atlantic for work over 30 voyages. Hence I returned to the brand for a duffel style holdall bag with wheels. i will be keen to see how long it lasts. I do think you would have a market for an ever larger size holdall with wheels. This newer one I have purchased looks smaller than its pervious version. I didnt give 5 stars only because there was insufficient communication about the shipping. Thanks Ren

Beautiful bag, great zippers and pockets. Wish the shoulder straps were a little more padded bc bag can get heavy w laptop and personal items.
