I like the light weight of the Brixham luggage. My only concern is that it is cumbersome to set the lock. It set on a number that I did not want and could not change it.

I took a chance on ordering this for my 17” Lenovo Yoga laptop after reaching out to get exact measurements of the laptop sleeve. My laptop is the same size as some 16.5 laptops, but alas it did not work, being only a few millimeters too small lengthwise. It looked like a beautiful and well-organized backpack though, and I’m only taking off a star for customer service, because they really should have specific dimensions on hand being that laptop sizes really refer to screen size and don’t include the frame and you could have 2 16” laptops with different dimensions and one could fit and the other may not.

Good site but wrong dimensions on medium soft side luggage resulted in my returning the order. You have to fix it. Thanks

The good - very lightweight and wheels do glide great. The not so good - scratched in multiple places on the very first trip simply going into the overhead bin on a Southwest flight (with plenty of room). Zipper is a bit stiff and “catchy” not smooth.

That's it's lightweight and easy to manage. Don't like the triangle/hourglass straps inside. Prefer for those to go directly across. Also wish there was a divot or handle at the bottom of the bag to make it easier to pickup when loading and unloading.
