I love the material and construction of the 4 pieces of luggage we bought, however I found the zippers a little difficult to move, and the carry on since it's the international size, it's a little smaller than those used and allowed in the USA.I also wish they had outside pockets since the one they each luggage has, is very difficult to use when the luggage is full. Loved the locking mechanism and the 4 wheels work smoothly. The main reason we bought 2 small (carry on) and 2 mediums was how light (extremely), but yet they're very sturdy. We much rather have the weight be on the items inside the luggage, than in the luggage!

My travel require the biggest possible carryon as I bring delicate home items. It was just not big enough for me

I ordered the cabin hard shell suitcase and the Chelsea overnight bag to match. The items look nice and cover the basic necessities with ample compartments, space etc. On the Chelsea overnight bag, the design to put Velcro in the back pocket where it slides over the suitcase handle is silly. It constantly gets stuck and is difficult to quickly slide off when I’m passing through security on planes and trains. You’d be much better off to just create a separate piece of fabric that Slide Over and keep the additional pocket in the back. On the suitcase, the handle is difficult to click into the height I want, I have to bring it all the way up and then maneuver down to get it to the right height. I’m worried that the handle will eventually break or not lock in place. So overall I would say I’m satisfied, but a few key design improvements could make the functionality too notch. Overall I think the quality is pretty good for the price, a nice mid-level option

I don’t like the fact that the sleeve to slip over the luggage handle also has pockets. Easily loose things. Lost keys and an earring.

So far so good. One 5 day trip. Roomy enough but would like a couple more pockets. The wheels role great, I just hope they hold up to rough handling at airports etc. Love the built in handle on the bottom for lifting. Unable to set the lock. Botton to push doesn't move, so having to keep 000 as code. Not cool!
