Terrible customer service i emailed you all about the return of my order and have yet to get a response. I emailed you from mr.marshall757@gmail.com and my order # is 76802. I've tried to go on your website to submit for a refund request but your system is giving me an error message saying they can't find my order. In my email I provided screenshot of my proof of purchase as well as the error message. I feel like this is ascam. . . I only ordered from you all based off my fiance recommended it but the experience has been terrible. Not only the lack of Customer Service and also because I paid almost 300. 00 for a dress that came in a zip lock bag . . . Terrible presentation. . . I would expect that kind of delivery from Fashion Nova not Angel Brinks where your paying good money for what is supposed to be good quality dresses. Please could someone respond to my email or advise how I can get in touch with the right person to fix this. Thank you

Horrible customer service skills, and deceiving services. I shouldn’t have been told I would receive an item that is made just for me just to receive something used and full of stains. And I should have atleast received an answer once I expressed my concerns through email.

My gosh if I would’ve known I would had never wasted my money and time to order from this website, and I had always wanted to order from this website so bad because I always like the outfit but unfortunately I ordered two jumpsuits this is one of them, very poor low quality material I could have paid for someone to sew that for me my gosh it was trash and it took them over two weeks to to make those trashy just jumpsuits 😩😩😩
