I am totally disappointed.

My dress fell apart at my birthday dinner. I reached out to customer service with pictures and I haven’t received a response

Paid for a return label and never got even after I called

Too long to receive response back, Received later than was told and mentioned on the website. I’ve shopped here before but this experience was horrible. Doubt I shop again

Sent me a dress that was suppose to be a large that actually fits like a size small and refuses to give me store credit.
