Long production time, longer than
Long production time, longer than listed. When I called to check the status I was immediately placed on hold by the male answering party. No exaggeration when I say I held for 2 hours. I’m sure they forgot about me. A woman eventually came to the line, very apologetic about it. I ended up confirming that it was shipping that week and I had the option to upgrade the shipping, since now it wouldn’t likely make it on time. I do feel like they could have waived the $10 upgrade shipping cost just due to how my call was handled. But it is what it is. Customer service isn’t what it used to be. I do appreciate the agents help with confirming the shoe color best suited since the dress wouldn’t be in my possession beforehand to purchase any.
