Rush service was a great option be better if customer knows if it’s truly needed as I had zero responses to two emails about product shipping times

I paid for rush order and rush shipping. When my event was close. . . I was worried if I would get items on time. Items finally arrived. Hat was folded during shipping. It completely messed up the shape if the hat. My Seamstress had to open it to put cardboard in it so it can somewhat stay flat. The shirt says one size fits all. . not true. Seamstress had to add fabric to each side so that I can wear it.
