Waited a week and a half to ask about my order being shipped. Order was shipped the next day. Experience was fine.

I received an incompatible part, even though I supplied my vin number. Customer service responded after my second attempt and then went dark on me. Still stuck with an expensive component that I can't use and can't return.

The door handle I got seems to have a flaw. The spring loaded mechanism does not work properly and the door handle will not return to its closed position without being manually pushed into place. Very disappointed this is an oem part.

Part box was destroyed and part looked used. Emailed to let them know and never heard back. Would not recommend.

I have not received the part
