I received an incompatible part, even though I supplied my vin number. Customer service responded after my second attempt and then went dark on me. Still stuck with an expensive component that I can't use and can't return.

The door handle I got seems to have a flaw. The spring loaded mechanism does not work properly and the door handle will not return to its closed position without being manually pushed into place. Very disappointed this is an oem part.

Packaging is ripped and the aluminum sides are bent. I wouldn’t care if this was a used item but I purchased brand new for a reason and did not expect to receive it in this condition from a legitimate Alfa Romeo store. I could have bought this at a local junk yard in the similar condition for way less.

Part box was destroyed and part looked used. Emailed to let them know and never heard back. Would not recommend.
