The process of ordering a gift and adding an email notification is not very intuitive.

Any time I have ordered

Any time I have ordered something from a website, there is a way to track the item shipped. I have no shipping information for the gift I ordered and am still trying to work with customer service to find out the status. It is extremely frustrating.

Difficult Web site.

Website is not easy to maneuver. Too many jumps to get to subscriptions. The club president’s statement is impossible to delete to get to subscribe. Once in, the rest was easy and smooth.
