I purchased a monthly premier plan for my husband approximately one month ago yet I am consistently trying to find the order. I have had to/made to reset my password multiple times and now I cannot even find my purchase in my account. I know that I am being billed, thanks to American Express, otherwise this has been fairly difficult to expedite and view my order.
