I have called 10 times or more waiting for a callback never to get one

Not working, called 3 times never any call back

I am very worried, because I did not receive the package for the kit I ordered. It's been a month now since I should have received the kit. I took several steps with your sales department and it didn't work.

If there was a "0" I would have picked that

I bought wilson yagi antenna with wilson 12v booster. My cellphone run very well in the windows but I dont have signal with the booster.
