Hi I called to inquire about your products. Service 10/10 Delivery 1/10 Driver “claimed” to have come to the door!! Bullshit! We have a guard dog that barks when you are within 10 feet of the door. And there was someone home that day!

You did really bad. 4 weeks and still no part.

Charged my credit card and didn't my order for 2 weeks then blamed Purolator for the delay and not picking up the order, then suddenly when I asked to cancel and refund my money the order got out and shipped and I have waste my time to go back to Purolator to return the box to get my money back. The worst online shopping I ever experience, horrible customer service and holding my money for a month for literally nothing. And after all of the thing happened asked me to rate my purchase! Seriously?

Bought unit that comes with a marine antenna. Package was missing all important part, a connector that allows you to plug antenna cable into the booster hardware. Very, very frustrating and the fact that they ship you the RV antenna and its cabling has the right connector, is even more frustrating.
