Came with the wrong bolts. They weren’t long enough so I had to purchase the correct ones. Not a huge deal but still additional money out the door on a premium product. Also 1 chair was missing the wild ridge placard. Again not a big deal but points to lack of qc.

Good solid product. Only limitation was that it took 1 month and 12 days to get it to destination, since ordering.

Assembly of the rocking chairs was difficult as some of the holes were too small for the screws.

Quality decent not perfect. Assemble too difficult for me. Predrilled holes did not always line up. Ultimately paid a professional $150 to set up.

The quality of Wildridge furniture is great. I do think they need to pay more attention to details, the chair I purchased was pre-assembled wrong, the legs were upside down, I had to completely take it apart and re assemble it. At an upper cost price, I would have expected that my order would have been shipped correctly preassembled.
