The people I dealt with were nice enough. I was not able to apply the discount code I was given even after I was told it was good. Not happy about that.

I put things together all the time. After two trips to the hardware store (4 screws were missing from each of the chairs I bought and the screws that did come used a screwdriver head that I didn't have, even though I have DOZENS) and a couple of hours of swearing, I finally called Task Rabbit who spent another couple of hours banging and frustrated before finally getting the chairs together. They're fine. They'll do the job. They do look like plastic. They're scaled for a 7' person.

Terrible and unfortunately I’m not done yet!
