I took the plunge to upgrade to a real espresso machine and have no regrets with my choice. The Quick Mill Pippa is a nice balance of features and quality at a reasonable price. As a newbie, having a brew pressure gauge helped take some of the guesswork out of dialing in a great Espresso. Whole Latte's support team were great and answered my questions quickly. Be warned, a cheap burr grinder will not produce powder fine enough to develop the 9 bars of pressure needed to make espresso in this machine. I ended up upgrading to a Eureka Mignon Silenzio grinder. Very happy with the pairing, but hadn't planned on the new grinder. Did I mention the steam? The Pippa makes crazy amounts of steam. Paired with an Espro toroid pitcher makes frothing milk a dream. Love the Espresso I've produced and love my Pippa and Whole Latte Love!

Excellent flavour, and very nice body to the espresso from the Gaggia Cadorna machine. Seems to be a better choice among the coffee drinkers in the household over the Lavazza Gold. Not as bold a flavour though.

Sturdy original handle at a fraction of the price you’ll find anywhere else. Fast shipping, responsive customer service… what else to say that it is a good buying here! Basket come with it so no need to buy an extra one…

Makes a great espresso. Very smooth, no bitterness whatsoever and enjoyable aftertaste.
