This is by far the best coffee I’ve ever tasted, it’s well balanced with delicate notes, nothing too rough. I usually just go for the lavazza super créma, but this one has just what it takes as a permanent replacement

I was madly in love from the moment I peeled off the protective film from the shiny stainless steel housing. This machine is gorgeous, and the learning curve wasn't nearly as challenging as I expected considering this is my first "serious" espresso machine. I chose this model in hopes that it would be a well balanced prosumer machine and was not disappointed. Once I had my grind size right, took me only a couple of tries to make the best latte I've ever produced. Every aspect of the design was carefully considered and the construction is top quality. I particularly love how quick it is to heat up. It is an absolute dream for a non-morning-person like me.

Beautiful, simple, very effective. Leaves you with a perfectly smooth surface with just a few spins.

I can't believe how quiet it is! Easy to operate, easy to make minute adjustments, doesn't make a big mess. Exceeds expectations! Yes, the clear plastic top seems surprisingly flimsy for such an otherwise top notch machine, but it's not enough of a complaint to dock any stars from my rating.
