I bought this to steam whipping cream for keto coffee, and I'm still working on that, but the narrower top helps keep the cream from splashing out. Steaming milk in this is perfect every time and the shape and size of the handle keeps your fingers away from the hot jug. The finish on the outside is very shiny, so I love the way it looks sitting on the machine when not in use. Will likely be ordering the larger version in the fall for hot chocolates. Makes a great espresso shot, full flavour, nice crema. Really convenient especially when it’s early and don’t want to wake the house grinding some beans.

The machine is very fast warming up - takes 5-8 mins to get it fully ready. PID adjustment is very simple and immediately takes effect. Steam is very powerful and hot - fortunately the steam lever has manual option, so you may open it gradually to control the steam and make milk foam grow without overheating the milk. The machine is also has fully automated boiler refill and low water level in tank protection - so overall control is very simple - turn on, wait till PID show the desired temperature - then use for brewing coffee or steam - during that operation temperature drops few degrees so wait again till PID show temperature heated back (takes really just few seconds delay) and then use again. The coffee shots have very good extraction and consistency while I still need to master my milk foaming skills more as this machine steaming power and temperature are much higher than in my old machine.
