Disappointed returning customer
I had been very happy with the yearly subscriptions I have got for a number of friends and family so decided to buy my husband a bottle of whisky for Valentine’s Day. Despite ordering in good time the whisky never arrived, which is always a shame when bought as a gift. I let the company know but they told me that bottle was now sold out, they had no other similarly priced bottles in stock they were happy to replace it with, and they do not offer any kind of good will gestures to compensate. I understand things do go missing in the post but was not very happy with the customer service in this instance and would not attempt to order a bottle of whisky again.
