6 month whisky gift gone wrong
I ordered the 6 month whisky subscription for my dad in November. He received the gift box but there was no information about the subscription in this box. On the FQA’s it states I should have received an email with a code for him to redeem his subscription, I didn’t receive this email. I contacted customer services on the 7th of Jan but have had no reply. I’ve essentially paid £112 for one small pouch of whisky. It’s such a shame as my partner has been subscribed since 2023 and has never had an issue so not sure why I’ve had such terrible service. My next step will be to call customer services to hopefully get this resolved. However as of right now I can’t give more than 1 star.
