I excitedly ordered an gift annual subscription for my partner for a birthday present. I paid extra for a gift box, rather than just a voucher. The box was delivered promptly but got battered on it's way. I realise that you won't be able to control what happens once it leaves your depot, but perhaps the packaging could be considered so that the gift arrives looking smart for the recipient. My partner opened the box and followed the instructions on the gift card inside. It took him to your website and straight away showed him the price of his gift. That's seriously disappointing. I'd not expected him to be able to see how much I'd paid. He asked me several times if I was sure I'd actually paid for a subscription because your website kept showing him the price. He even paused subscribing until I could go through it with him, just in case your website wanted him to pay. Can you review your gifting process so that other lucky recipients don't receive such a poor introduction to your organisation? I'm sure that once it's set up it'll be brilliant.
