Our product went out of stock before it was shipped, but WeWOOD contaced us right away and gave us several options on how to rectify the funds we had already paid. I reached out to them on the number they listed in the email and it rang straight to a live person. The representative was very helpful and even went through their inventory to find an almost identical match to the product that was out of stock. The rep went above and beyond to make us satisfied customers. I can’t say enough about the service and the beautiful watch we received. My husband loves it!!

This is my second watch, and I love the look of both. One was a gift for my husband, (he loves it) the other is a gift for my son, and he hasn't seen it yet.
