I do love my wewood watch. I was very disappointed when piece chipped off of a link. $30 and 17 days later, my watch was returned good as new. I feel it could have been done faster and cheaper, but it was done nonetheless and I am satisfied.

Since there is no one size fits all watch band I was very upset when I found out I had to purchase a special tool to remove two links in the watch band and plus had to pay shipping for a total of $20. You should include the tool with every watch since i’m sure almost every one sold needs an size adjustment. I’ve gotten many compliments on the watch but told everyone about the additional hidden cost if the watch doesn’t fit.

The watch itself is beautiful BUT I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it took 5 days. I was very disappointed as it was a birthday gift for my husband. :-(

I ordered a watch for my husband last year and another one for my dad. I love your concept and the look of your watches, I even had my dads engraved and he loved it. My husband was extremely careful with his watch, only wearing it on outings and not on a daily basis. His watch hands broke after only a few months of owning the watch. We contacted the company for a fix which they were very helpful with. We had to pay for shipping but had no other choice as two separate repair places in our area wouldn't touch it. We sent it in and a while later got what seems to be a new watch back. We're obviously very pleased that the watch was replaced. My concern is the longevity of the products, since my dads watch is personalized I would hate for something to happen to it. I would continue to purchase your watches in the future as gifts knowing they were long lasting for the people receiving them.
