For the amount of money I paid for the watches the box was super cheap. The female watch face was the same size as the males which was silly looking. A gloss would have been nice to cover the watch band.

Very dissatisfied with one of the watches I purchased. The battery has died on one of them. This is embarrassing since it was a birthday gift. Please respond immediately.

I bought the watch for my boyfriend and when he went to go try it on part of the clasp broke. Thankful he reached out to WeWood and they sent him the replacement part but the product is not made as well as I thought it would have been. It is very fragile and after reading reviews the clasp falls off a lot. I'm worried this will happen again. I might need to find a local watch vendor and have a more secure clasp put onto the watch to insure it will not fall off his wrist.

I received my watch and within 6 months it broke. When I sent it back to have it repaired the new links they added on did not match in color, and they also added an additional link making it too big. Customer service is poor, but the watches look nice which is why I gave it two stars. I would never buy another watch from here because of the terrible customer service I have received.
