Very Disappointed
I placed an order on Monday 10/2 and selected 2 day shipping (which cost like $15 extra). I received email confirmation for the order and got a notification that a shipping label was created. On Thursday 10/5, a day *after* I was supposed to receive my order, a customer service representative contacted me and said the item I purchased was actually out of stock and never shipped, even though I got two email confirmations. I told the representative to cancel and refund my order, and after two weeks I still haven't been refunded (but still no watch!).
I very much like the products of WeWood and their efforts to replant trees with every purchase. I am very much disappointed by this experience of terrible inventory management and customer experience. I was told it may have been a "glitch" in the website. You're probably better off ordering from a third party.
