very disappointed with the service

Watch does not have functions as advertised.

Dont even want to give this one star as I'm still waiting on my order from Nov it is now Feb have sent e mail after e mail an tried to phone but number not recognised no contact from this company but yet they did take the money from acc for the order would not order 9f this site again

My watch got water inside trying to contact watchdirect Several times , probably around 10 emails no one get back to me, worst costumer service ever I come across

So disappointed with my purchase the watch started fogging up and stopped working and I have been acused of supurging it under water which is not true i only where the watch to work so its a very poor quality watch thats all it is it should be replaced instead of making excuses
