Watch Repair

I submitted my watch for repair on 12th Jan this year and have waited over 2 months to have it serviced and returned!! I collected my watch from Angus and Coote last Thursday, 25th March after a battery replacement. In future I will steer clear of DKNY watches. Your level of service and the unreasonable amount of time taken to replace the battery hardly deserves a rating in my opinion! Disgraceful! Lyn Freeman

Poor experience. Watch won’t hold

Poor experience. Watch won’t hold a charge. Now have to spend my money to post it to Citizen watches to get it serviced. Should have known better than this.
