Very disappointed about the seller saying that this watch was available after paying and send me email saying that it’s unavailable.

Great I have to do this twice! Your response was quick to my enquiry but nothing since...how hard is it to get a Seiko watchband? I know Amazon has them if I don't hear from you soon I'll give them a go..thanks Trevor

No help at all since you do not sell bands and offered no information on where to possibly get one . Thanks for replying

I have ordered from this sight once and it was not a positive experience. I was sent the wrong order. My order was sent to another person. The company reimbursed me a nominal amount for the inconvenience of having to post the incorrect order to the rightful person. I tried multiple times to contact the company by phone on both of the advertised numbers, however my calls went unanswered and messages not returned. I was only able to make contact by email. As I still have not received my order I would not recommend this company.

Bought a citizen sports watch ..but no warranty card ...after numerous photo and email exchange ...it’s under the Lid of the box not really sure what that exactly means ....then every one went quite ...then warranty card has been posted but...never arrived Did I buy a fake watch from China ? I don’t hear anything after this review ..the next stage will be to report them to the consumers office.
