Watch Direct

Watched reached me with no battery. Have tried to charge but won’t hold a charge. Now have to spend my own money to send it to Citizen to get it serviced within 2 weeks if buying it. Won’t fall for this con again.

The lotus watch I received in a timely manner but the whole internal workings move when adjusting the time or date. I am waiting on a response.

Return process could be better e.g. Watch Direct arrange for the item to be collected rather than me having to return it and then risk Watch Direct don't receive it for the credit. Buying something like a watch may need to be done in a shop rather than a online store with limited online service benefits.

Didn't have the particular Frederique Constant watch that I wanted to buy & apparently didn't have access to it get it in despite, it being readily available on other sites. Disappointing as I've found it on 2 other Australian sites, so I know that it's available. To be fair, the guy I spoke with via their chat line seemed helpful enough, short of actually doing anything.

The pricing is appealing however I would not buy a watch without the manufacturers warranty.
