Website didnt say out of stock for the seiko watch i was going to order, thought I'd email to check after seeing mixed reviews online. Response was that watch was not in stock nor would it be in the foreseeable future. So why list it on the website? Website needs improvement to show stock. Other than that, at least my query was responded to. Glad I didn't place the order.

Packageing was a bit scuffed and dirty l, watch has leather on band but is discribed as nylon on website

I received some watch repair company to contact,should be able to send to your company for repairs and I pay cost if it is out of warranty.we have bought two watches from you and would be wary of anymore with this attitude

Battery failed after only two weeks of use. Not happy!
