Limited Options, Poor Support
I ordered two items, including a shirt. The items shipped separately, so I emailed support to request a change in shirt size since it had not shipped yet. The Support agent told me the shirt was no longer in stock and offered me a discount code, which did not really help. A week later, the shirt shipped anyways (with the original size selected). I don't think the Support agents are very well informed.
I'm glad I did not use the code, since I would have to spend more money to get a shirt even with the discount, and the "out of stock" shirt was actually in stock all along so I received it eventually, although not the size that I wanted.
