As I was making my order I kept getting a pop up message that I would get a FREE T-Shirt with my order and every time I would select my size and head to check out the T-Shirt was not FREE if your going to make an offer like this make sure everything works the line of code for this is not hard to write

I ordered a 2xl as that is what I normally wear, however these shirts fit small, so order 1 to 2 sizes larger. I ordered the Tiger t-shirt and it looks great, but I am sad that I cannot wear it and the cost to return it is not worth it.

I ordered a model kit which contained a broken a leaked quick dry glue bottle. Customer service did not respond for a week and never followed up after. The rest of the product is great, great quality molding.

You don't mention the 52$ i'd have to pay when my stuff arrived at the post office... I'm disapointed. Fred

I ordered the WoT ball cap during the FREE shipping event. The cap is great, but I now have a $20 invoice from FedEx saying I owe them duty, taxes, and some other fees. All Wargaming had to do was send it with USPS (one of the listed postal carriers). I happened to email Wargaming this morning about this issue. I hope they step up and clear up the mistake they made.
