Always a pleasure to shop with Wancher. Orders have all arrived quickly and in good condition via DHL from Japan to the United States.

I have made multiple purchases from the Wancher website and can say I love every pen and pen pillow I’ve purchased. Particularly the glass nib pens. They write so smoothly and distribute their ink perfectly. The quality of their packaging and presentation exceeds all other companies. Even when there was an issue with one pen I discovered their customer service is exemplary. This is a delightful company to do business with.

I’ve ordered several times and each order is shipped quickly and has arrived in good condition. It costs a bit more but receiving my Wancher orders via DHL is worth it as the USPS has become unreliable since June 2020. That’s when high speed processing machines were removed slowing our mail service and leading to many lost packages.
