Cheaper looking and trap way more visible material. Not recommended to neat freaks!

This was as terrible experience. I was initially sent the wrong part. I ordered for my S60 and received a part for an XC60. Upon discovering I had been sent the wrong party I discovered it was impossible for me to get a hold of anyone on the phone. The phone number they provided for "Customer Assistance" was disconnected. When I finally got a hold of someone via email they did send me a packing label and the correct part. However, when the new part arrived, the box was tattered and the new rack was in pieces. This required me to further disassemble it and then put it back together. I would stay away from this seller.

The item description is completely wrong. You issued a full refund I still ended up looing close to 10$. Terrible experience. You would think somebody calling themselves volvo experts could put an accurate description. My advice go directly to the dealership, you will get genuine items for cheaper.
