The item description is completely wrong. You issued a full refund I still ended up looing close to 10$. Terrible experience. You would think somebody calling themselves volvo experts could put an accurate description. My advice go directly to the dealership, you will get genuine items for cheaper.

I ordered a kick guard

I ordered a kick guard and some sunshades from this site and I received all of them in the mail without any packaging, leading me to question the authenticity of the products themselves. Giving this site the benefit of the doubt, I went ahead and placed them in my vehicle nonetheless. The back sunshade did not stay put whatsoever. It seemed to be the right shape, but there wasn't anything keeping it in place. The side window sunshades wouldn't stay put either. One actually did for a bit, then I noticed it would fall out regularly after a few hours even if untouched. As for the kick guard, it looked bulky, like it wasn't actually made for my vehicle. It also wouldn't stay put and it has a piece of fabric which sticks out against the driver's back. Super uncomfortable. So finally, I gave up and I asked for a refund and they allowed me to do such. Without complaint, I sent back the items while incurring shipping costs close to $50. However, the customer service agent I am dealing with named Steve is telling me that I did receive packaging when I did not and now I cannot get any refund whatsoever. This is absolutely ridiculous, given that their (possibly inauthentic) items did not even function as stated, I already paid $32.49 for shipping costs I won't get back, and then to top it all off, had to pay close to $50 to even return the item. I've already sunk over $80 into this site and I've got nothing to show for it, and now might even have less. Shame on this business for operating so poorly and making the customer pay exorbitant costs for their lack of competency.
