Online store and process was easy, no complaints. Product was poor quality. Polar fleece black on the outer, white inner, the white pills off and sticks to the black. Nightmare

Have bought a lot from you guys in the last twelve months (love your crews and hoodies) but this latest purchase left me disappointed. Blue pants are flimsy. Brown pants a terrible fit. I went to return them and was taken aback by the $9 admin fee I was set to be charged for returning a single item. No real point when the item was purchased as part of your warehouse sale. Will give the pants to a mate for free.

Parcel has still not arrived.

Volcom has always been one of my favorite brands, so I was excited to place an order that included both clothing and a bag. I completed the payment and waited for confirmation, but I didn’t receive any communication at all. Then, without any explanation, I suddenly got a refund—just for the bag. I was confused and disappointed, especially since the bag was the main reason I placed the order in the first place. The clothes arrived later, but the bag never came, and still no message or reason was provided. As a loyal customer, this experience was really frustrating. I expect better communication and transparency, especially from a brand I trust and admire.

Bought Large last , they were on the smaller side. Bought XL this time and they're too big. . . . why???
