Shipping notice confirmed all items in stock and shipped but when I opened the package we were missing a pair of pants. I messaged and they said “we forgot to let you know they were out of stock you should have received an automated refund email”. No such email received and I had to chase the refund.

My last purchase (about 6 months ago) was an online order, it arrived and I was disappointed. Clothes weren't as good quality as what I had gotten from the past. Website said I would receive a free gift (towel) if I spent a certain amount and I didn't receive anything. Took a while to finally get hold of someone and when I did she just said they ran out. There was no indication that this was the case and the promotion was still ongoing. She just said if I wasn't satisfied I could return what had ordered. Not sure if she was overwhelmed or something but she didn't seam to care and not helpful at all. I returned half of my order and from then on decided not to buy from Volcom again. I've always liked the style of the Volcom range since I was a grom so naturally I'm pretty disappointed in the direction they've headed and my overall experience with the last couple of transactions. Used a promo code to do a recent order, order a bunch of nice clothes and accessories. Once my order came through the post, they took everything back, did not get a refund for the money I spent and never heard anything. Went to the post office to pick it up only to learn that they had asked for it back. Not only did this happen to me but to a few of my mates as well. What a joke. Don’t do promo codes then.
