Other than that i like your products and shipping speed and costs. The reward system is excellent and i spend way too much with you anually. I mostly enjoy skate lines products and pants. I am a long time customer and purchased during black Friday. After waiting 2 weeks i made contact and was given a generic spiel by AI after further action and contact with Aust Post you finally admitted the problem was at your end. I believe that after a second contact from a customer that you need to ditch AI and get real ppl involved

Website defaults back to wrong size didn't notice purchase made returned item received by you on 13th June still not received refund. Have tried sending emails and they just bounce back to me. Not a great experience to be honest.

Ordered 2 shirts somehow one went through as S size sent it back still no refund ! Other shirt was good
