Frickin modern pants 34”

Great pants for every day occasion would be great for more colour options Only problem is the pants can attract lint easily but is easy fixed with a lint roller

Like the stuff but very inconsistent

Bought a few t-shirts and shorts and really liked them - so I bought more, in total 3 orders now. In doing so I've noticed some significant issues with consistency. I've bought 3 pairs of the same shorts in different colours, they're great but all are a slightly different fit. One needs a belt, one prefers a belt, and one doesn't at all. Same product, same size, just different colour. The t-shirts though have wild variations. They are all the same product albeit different colours, some are from China, some Bangladesh, some are 100% cotton, some are 80/20 blend. Two identical blue t-shirts purchased in different orders are a different shade, fit, material and country of origin. If I'd received the second shirt first I wouldn't have ordered another due to the fit. Some are holding up really well, some the neck is all stretched out and looks terrible after only 4-5 washes, one has balled up worse than any t-shirt I've ever owned. If they were more consistent it'd be 5 stars from me - but it feels like I purchased 9 t-shirts to end up with only 5 or 6 worth keeping.

Drink bottle and bag

The quick delivery was great. Love the bag. Sadly the drink bottle is of poor quality. It leaks and is peeling.

Website sucks on mobile devices

You can't swipe between the images on product listing pages. It is common across various browsers and devices. Billabong site is the same. The mobile experience stinks. Other than that i like your products and shipping speed and costs. The reward system is excellent and i spend way too much with you anually. I mostly enjoy skate lines products and pants. Shorts have been hit and miss with sizing. Keep the baggies commin. Cherrs

poor communication

I am a long time customer and purchased during black Friday. After waiting 2 weeks i made contact and was given a generic spiel by AI after further action and contact with Aust Post you finally admitted the problem was at your end. I believe that after a second contact from a customer that you need to ditch AI and get real ppl involved
