Website defaults back to wrong size didn't notice purchase made returned item received by you on 13th June still not received refund. Have tried sending emails and they just bounce back to me. Not a great experience to be honest.

Ordered 2 shirts somehow one went through as S size sent it back still no refund ! Other shirt was good

Wont shop again because return policy is too strict. returns for ~3months would be a better approach.

Online store and process was easy, no complaints. Product was poor quality. Polar fleece black on the outer, white inner, the white pills off and sticks to the black. Nightmare

Have bought a lot from you guys in the last twelve months (love your crews and hoodies) but this latest purchase left me disappointed. Blue pants are flimsy. Brown pants a terrible fit. I went to return them and was taken aback by the $9 admin fee I was set to be charged for returning a single item. No real point when the item was purchased as part of your warehouse sale. Will give the pants to a mate for free.
