Ordered these sandals July 3, still don’t have them.

Can not get to talk to anyone or proceed with returning items. This is very frustrating and will not be ordering again if I can not return the items I need to soon. My phone number: 403-382-5643

Unfortunately, I purchased shorts a size too small. I requested a return July 2nd. I received a a notice that my return request (#284219) was under review. It’s now July 14th and I have yet to receive an update on the matter.

I have been trying to get a return shipping label for the last two weeks. Volcom, hire customer service agents ASAP!

I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to make a return from an online purchase and it’s impossible to get anything done. Avoid online shopping here if you have any uncertainty around size and fit as you won’t be able to return it.
