Impossible to reach them for a return.

Bought pants and they fit too small. Contacted numerous times about returning, no one will get back to me.

Hi, I wrote you a week ago to get a return label and I haven’t hear back from you since. My request # is 279489 and the order I want to return is # S236903.

One pair I ordered came the right size and fit great. Like them. Second pair wrong size. Tried to contact them to return or exchange. That was 2 weeks ago and still no contact.

Look I had order on many other company sites since couple years and mostly in the last month as everyone but tell me why I can’t have an answer from you as I did with your competitor???! You are ridiculous! Find below me first request sent on May 29 and PLEASE answer me. Come on! Ok je vais être clair : je ne peux pas être plus déçu d’avoir commandé chez vous!!! Ma commande remonte au 21 mai. Pas de réponse de vous j’ai donc appelé plusieurs fois sans être en mesure d’entendre votre téléphone décrocher. J’ai envoyé un courriel le 29 mai dernier et toujours aucune réponse! Pas compliqué : Vous êtes mauvais comparativement à vos compétiteurs! Maintenant, je m’attends à un suivi de votre part! SVP reprenez le contrôle de votre business c’est ridicule comparativement à toutes les autres. Croyez-vous être les seuls que la Covid-19 atteint ??! LOL! Patrice Jacques
