Not happy with the service

This hoodie was for a gift. The recipient of this hoodie has been trying to contact Volcom since Dec 31st as the logos on the hoodie received were poor quality and cracked already before it was worn or washed. Tags are still on it.

1 star because I was forced to. Due to lack of customer service missing items and lack of refund I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit and out my money.

Ordered 3 long sleeve shirts in 6 and 7T. One had a hole in the armpit and I have emailed customer service and have yet to receive any messages back. I am very disappointed and wont be ordering again anytime soon
