I order my daughters summer sandals on June 2. Today is June 18 and it’s my daughter birthday on June 19 and still no product. I’m tracking it on Canada post but shows that not much info since June 11. Not very happy with the delivery service and will not order anything again. Very disappointed and I don’t even know if I will even get it at all.

I tried to call and write to customer service 3 times but no answer!

I received my shorts that I ordered very quickly! The sizes unfortunately didn't work. I contacted the customer support for returns in Canada right away. To this date I have called, followed up and emailed to try and facilitate a return. I haven't had a response. I reordered the appropriate size right away and received the order quickly again. I'm fairly unimpressed that my ordered can be processed so quickly yet it's been 3 weeks almost since I attempted to return the incorrect sizes. I think Volcom needs to look at how their team has been allocated and consider taking care of a few of their returns. I know COVID has created challenges, but to have zero communication after three weeks is very disappointing.
